IP Addresses

Transfer of Assets

As we continue to develop our business, we may sell or purchase assets. How we disclose and share the information we collect

INTACT srl will not share with, or sell or rent to, third parties not belonging to the INTACT srl and to its Network your personally identifiable information, such as your name and e-mail address, without your explicit consent, except as provided herein. We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalize our services, content and advertising.

INTACT srl may transfer information about you if Paperleap or INTACT srl is acquired by or merged with another company or business entity that is not part of INTACT srl and of its Network. Should such a situation occur, we will require that the new entity follow this privacy Policy with respect to your personal information. If your personal information will be used contrary to this Policy, Paperleap will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Paperleap occasionally hires other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as answering customer support inquiries, resolving service problems and correcting errors in the Service (including customer inquiries, billing, and credit corrections), to communicate with you about the Service, to provide you advertising and promotional information in connection with the Service, and to enhance your experience on the Service. Paperleap will only provide these companies with those pieces of your personal information needed to deliver the Service, and the companies and their employees are prohibited from using that personal information for any other purpose.

Paperleap may share your personal information with third parties in order to fulfill a service or transaction you may have requested.

(1) Personally Identifiable Information:

We may disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates the rights of others, or protect anyone's rights, property, or safety. Such information will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

We may also share your personal information with:

  • Service providers, like PayPal or Skype, to provide joint content and services (like registration, transactions and customer support), to help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts and violations of our policies, and to guide decisions about their products, services and communications.
  • Service providers under contract who help with our business operations (such as fraud investigations, bill collection, affiliate and rewards programs and co-branded credit cards).

Your information is stored on our cloud computing provider's servers located in different parts of the world. We treat data as an asset that must be protected and follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us against unauthorized access and disclosure. We have implemented security measures we consider reasonable and appropriate to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

Please be advised, however, that while we strive to protect your personally identifiable information and privacy, due to the open nature of communication through the Internet, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and are not responsible for the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of your personally identifiable information.
